AI is pushing the limits of every industry, creating a new wave of mass customization. This week, Brilliant Labs announced its release of “Frame” a pair of glasses equipped with OpenAI technology. Featuring a heads-up display, Frame offers multimodal functionality; meaning it can process both images and text easily. Brilliant Labs designed Frame AI glasses to fulfill its motto of “Your glasses gave you AI superpowers.” Content is displayed directly in the lens via a geometric prism, offering a 20 degree diagonal field of view.
Frame AI glasses allow users to see and experience web searches, image recognition, language translation, augmented reality, and more. Tech tools like Whisper and Perplexity help Frame AI users to mix media, creating immersive moments. The wearable tech can sync to your smartphone easily via the Noa app. When fully charged, Frame AI can run all-day, thanks to “Mister Power,” its official charger.
The specs comes in three colors—Cool Grey, Smokey Black, and H20 (clear). There is also an option to add a prescription. Brilliant Labs has made Frame available now for pre-orders, with shipping starting in April.
