Reason:
France’s medical safety authority, Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament (ANSM) has issued a recall of 110,000 boxes of Amoxicillin, the country’s most popular antibiotic medication. A bacteria was found present in the produced tablets, leading to the recall. Although the bacteria is not lethal, it may cause food poisoning.
